These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access and use of the website streamersdb.com and related services ("StreamersDB" or "Service"), operated by:

StreamersDB is a B2B data marketplace selling verified Twitch streamer email addresses and social media profiles (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and others) as CSV files, on a pay-per-item basis. Customers filter streamers by language, average viewers, follower range and game category, preview counts in real time, and purchase the resulting dataset.

All contact information is aggregated from publicly displayed data on Twitch profiles and publicly linked social accounts.

Browsing, signing up, or purchasing constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

Signing up requires a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity under your account is deemed performed by you. Contact contact@streamersdb.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or delete any account breaching these Terms or used for abusive purposes (spam, illegal content, prohibited scraping, etc.).

Pricing is pay-per-item with no subscription:

• Verified streamer emails: $0.039 per email
• Social media profiles: $0.01 per profile

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD), excluding taxes if applicable. The final amount is displayed before checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd). We never store your payment card details. By placing an order you authorize the charge of the displayed total.

Upon successful payment, the CSV file is generated automatically and sent by email within a few minutes to the address used at checkout. A signed download link is also available for 30 days from your account dashboard.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium once performance has begun with the express consent of the buyer.

Nevertheless, StreamersDB offers a 48-hour commercial refund from the time of purchase if the delivered data does not match the requested filters or contains a material defect. To request a refund, email contact@streamersdb.com with your order ID.

By using the data, you commit to:

• Comply with all applicable laws (including GDPR, LCEN, CAN-SPAM);
• Use the data for legitimate B2B outreach with a clear commercial interest;
• Offer recipients a clear and effective opt-out (unsubscribe) in every marketing message;
• Respect each recipient's right to access, rectification, erasure, and objection as data subjects;
• Not resell, redistribute or aggregate the data into another publicly marketed database;
• Not use the data for harassment, spam, fraud, or any illicit activity.

Violation may lead to immediate suspension of your account without refund, and pursuit of civil or criminal liability.

StreamersDB performs automated collection of publicly displayed data. The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of absolute accuracy, completeness or availability. While we refresh our database continuously (24/7 scraping), some contact information may be outdated or unreachable.

The customer remains solely responsible for the use made of the data, the commercial messages sent, and compliance with data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

The StreamersDB name, logo, interface, code, and the structured aggregation of the database are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, extraction, reuse, or redistribution outside the granted license (personal/enterprise use) is prohibited.

StreamersDB's liability is limited to direct, foreseeable damages up to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event. In no event shall StreamersDB be liable for indirect damages (lost profits, reputational harm, loss of chance, etc.).

We may update these Terms at any time. The last-updated date above is indicative. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent courts of Nice, France, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may resort to the mediation platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
